    I understand that I must have a display of at least 200 EXTERIOR HOLIDAY LIGHTS placed upon my property, structure or around windows of structure, at the addressed listed above, all of which are visible from the street. All holiday tree lights placed inside the structure are excluded.

    I further understand the $20.00 discount will appear on my utility bill which will be received on or about February 1, 2022, representing usage from mid-December through mid-January.
